GIRLS VOLLEYBALL
6th & 7th Grade Girls

Tryouts will be held to fill remaining spots on the CTK CYO travel volleyball team. Games may take place in Suffolk or Nassau County. Players must be registered parishioners or reside within the parish boundaries. Season runs from mid-February through early May.

6th Grade | 9-10AM

7th Grade | 10:15-11:15AM

Pre-Registration Required:

Girls interested MUST pre-register by Wednesday, December 10 by emailing Coach Newman at donvolley@aol.com. Please include player’s name, grade, and home address.

Late registrations will not be accepted.

This is the only tryout, as teams must be finalized before Christmas.

CYO Travel League Eligibility

CYO Long Island maintains strict rules of eligibility to play for a parish.
Players are required to fit ONE of the following criteria:

  • Reside in Christ the King's parish boundaries.

  • Registered parishioner of Christ the King and
    attends Faith Formation classes at Christ the King for at least 2 years.

  • Lives in an adjoining parish, that does not have a CYO program.

Eligibility is verified by CYOLI before an athlete is permitted to be on an official roster.
